(1) Contrary to section 11, if a pharmacy business is not registered with the Council, it will be considered an offense under this Act and the person who commits such an offense will be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to thirty thousand rupees.
(2) Except as mentioned in sub-section (1), a person who does any act in violation of this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act shall be fined up to two thousand rupees.
